Responsibilities

  • Assist with standard website updates including copy and imagery for Freightliner, Western Star and Detroit brands
  • Participate in website redesign projects, including user experience & user interface (UX/UI)
  • Support marketing automation platform (Marketo), including coordination with internal stakeholders and agency partners to assist with email campaigns and implement blog onto websites
  • Assist with Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Implement updates and changes to our sales enablement platform, Highspot
  • Provide application user testing and project coordination, including A/B testing, multi-variant testing and feedback analysis
  • Cross functionally work with various departments to create a collaborative environment
  • Be an ambassador to DTNA’s inclusive and diverse culture initiatives
