  • Coordinate with the Consumer Marketing team on brainstorming & aligning on marketing campaigns for MENA region;
  • Use various tools to pull out data and provide the insights from digital marketing campaigns, create reports about the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns;
  • Performing market analysis and research on competition;
  • Monitoring social media platforms for brand mentions or negative comments about a company’s products or services;
  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web);
  • Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM).
