What is the duration of the Discover EY – Women in Leadership programme?
The programme lasts for two days, from Wednesday, 9 April 2025, to Thursday, 10 April 2025.
Is the programme in-person or virtual?
The programme is hybrid; day one will be virtual and day two will be in-person at one of the EY office locations.
Who is eligible to apply for the programme?
Students in Year 13/S6 (Scotland) and all university undergraduate years are eligible to apply.
What activities will participants engage in during the programme?
Participants will develop professional skills, network with senior female leaders, learn from inspirational women, and gain insights into various business areas such as Assurance, Tax, Strategy and Transactions, and Technology.
Will there be opportunities for fast-tracking into internships or apprenticeships?
Yes, participating students could be fast-tracked into a Business Apprenticeship, Summer Internship, Industrial Placement, or Graduate programme depending on their educational status.
What are the locations available for the in-person event?
The in-person event will take place in one of the following UK offices: Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, or Manchester.
Will EY cover travel costs for the in-person event?
Yes, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for participants to get to the office for the in-person event.
Is there a salary associated with the programme?
Yes, the programme offers a competitive salary.
