  • We’ve designed a programme for students in Year 13/S6 (Scotland) and all university undergraduate years, that will give you the tools and experience to support you in your career journey.
  • The Women in Leadership programme is designed to support students to develop into the leaders of tomorrow in Assurance, Strategy and Transactions, Tax, or Technology under the guidance of our empowering female colleagues.
  • Locations
  • This is a hybrid programme - you'll participate virtually on day one and join us in one of our offices on day two across the UK: Birmingham, Edinburgh, London, or Manchester.
  • Please note you will be able to apply to any of our office locations, but we advise you to apply to the location where you would want to be employed in the future.
  • You will then be invited to the in-person office event at one of the selected locations nearest to you.
  • For the in-person event, EY will cover reasonable travel costs for you to get to the office.
  • There are no overnight stays for these events, and we advise for you to only apply to locations that are within a comfortable commutable distance.

  • Strategy and Transactions - explore our teams and client projects to give you a deeper understanding of mergers, acquisitions, valuations, as well as looking at the economic circle of our clients.
  • Technology - explore an environment fuelled by our use of artificial intelligence, cyber security, data analytics and beyond. And develop an understanding of how your passion for technology can solve complex problems for some of the world’s biggest businesses.
