Requirements

  • Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (operating a company vehicle is required for this role).
  • Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable lifting 45 pounds, walking up and down multiple flights of stairs and standing for long periods of time.
  • Strong guest service and conflict resolution skills with the ability to problem-solve.
  • Strong verbal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with Disney Internships and Programs.
  • Able to handle confidential information.
  • Be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from a college/university within 6 months OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
  • Be a current participant on a Disney College Program OR an alumnus of the Program.
  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program.
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization.
  • Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines.
  • Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship.
  • Must have reliable transportation to/from work.

Responsibilities

  • As a Program Experience Intern, you will be working in the Disney Programs Office and serve as a first point of contact for our Program participants.
  • This role includes a high level of administrative responsibility such as computer entry, heavy phone volume and in person communication.
  • You will be working with a team of associates to answer participant questions and address concerns regarding all aspects of the program;
  • serve as a Program Advisor;
  • assist in planning and implementing program and learning activities;
  • and serve as a liaison with key program partners.
