Requirements

Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a 4-year degree, advanced degree, or trade school certification.
Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
Willingness to work on-site with no hybrid options available.
Proactive approach with a high energy level and a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in both team-oriented environments and independent work settings.
Ability to learn technical concepts by reading work instructions and standard operating procedures and completing on-the-job training.
Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.

Responsibilities

Transporting documents, packages, and materials within the distribution center to ensure efficient workflow.
Assisting with the movement of inventory between different departments and storage areas.
Supporting team members by running errands as needed to facilitate operations.
Assisting with the preparation and packaging of orders for shipment.
Labeling packages accurately and ensuring they meet shipping standards.
Coordinating with the shipping team to verify order details and shipping instructions.
Assisting in loading and unloading trucks and organizing shipping areas.
Helping with the organization and maintenance of inventory.
Conducting inventory counts and reporting discrepancies to supervisors.
Ensuring that stock levels are accurately recorded and maintained.
Providing assistance in maintaining a clean and organized distribution center.
Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned by the Distribution Center Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
