Requirements

  • Ability to commit to internship schedule outlined above
  • Sophomore or junior in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Displays a passion for DEI work, the organization, and belief in our mission and purpose

Responsibilities

  • Partner with team members to ensure successful planning and completion of projects and initiatives with internal and external partners
  • Assist in developing processes for Employee Resource Group events
  • Assist with coordination of equity centered learning and development calendar (ex. Cultural Awareness Months, Religious observances, etc.)
  • Draft sustainability updates for internal communications newsletters and company intranet
  • Help with event coordination of Corporate Social Responsibility events, such as Day of Service and TCS New York City Marathon related events
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to craft key Diversity, Equity, and Social Responsibility communications internally and externally
  • Organize and categorize Disability Inclusion and Accessibility data into spreadsheet tracker
  • Help with event coordination of September 2024 NYC Climate Week event at RUNCenter
