The ideal candidate for this part-time internship should be a sophomore or junior in an undergraduate or graduate program, have proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication skills. They should also display a strong passion for diversity, equity, and social responsibility work, as well as belief in the mission and purpose of the organization.

This part-time internship with New York Road Runners involves collaborating with team members on various projects, assisting in the development of employee resource group events, coordinating equity-centered learning and development initiatives, drafting sustainability updates, assisting with event coordination for corporate social responsibility events, crafting diversity and social responsibility communications, organizing disability inclusion and accessibility data, and helping with event coordination for a climate week event at the RUNCenter.
