The candidate must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's level engineering, technology, mechanics, or other STEM-related program, with a GPA of 2.75 or higher. They must be fluent in English, have effective communication skills, and be willing to relocate for the internship. They must also be legally authorized to work in the US without needing sponsorship.

The candidate will be involved in completing internal projects, assisting experienced engineers in field operations, analyzing field data, troubleshooting equipment issues, maintaining equipment, keeping detailed records, and applying HS&E standards and procedures.
