The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, a GPA of 3.0 or higher, technical or client service experience, problem-solving skills, an interest in rewards and compensation, the ability to work independently and in a team, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be graduating between December 2024 and June 2026.

The candidate will work closely with consultants and clients to ensure competitive reward programs, analyzing and modeling pay structures, creating incentive plan designs, conducting industry research, participating in client meetings, assisting with business development, and contributing to the company's brand visibility.
