The candidate must have progress towards a quantitative degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0, actuarial exam completion preferred, work experience demonstrating technical or client service skills, problem-solving passion, ability to work independently and in a team, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), and a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2025.

The intern will be responsible for designing and managing retirement programs, conducting benchmarking analyses, forecasting costs, completing plan reporting, performing administrative tasks, and analyzing de-risking options for defined benefit plans.
