Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the creation of learning journeys for EMEA and global customers, supporting them in their digitalization and data transformation projects
  • Hands-on working experience with our internal tools to identify training needs and opportunities. Leverage the insights gained to network with internal stakeholders and customers directly
  • Liaise with other Snowflake teams (sales, marketing, engineering, product development) to understand the customer journey and implement those learnings as part of a customer’s training strategy
  • Support the organization of individual customer and mass-scale training events. Work closely with the Education Services Operations Team to understand and implement operational processes
