  • Offers will be made based on the condition that a graduate role is available at the time of your graduation and that you achieve a min of 2:2.
  • Who are we looking for?
  • As the type of roles within our business have become more diverse, we are looking for people who are open minded, excellent problem solvers and have an ability to learn quickly. Prior electrification knowledge is not required. We recognise the value that other STEM based qualifications bring to our team.
  • Applicants should have achieved or be on track to achieve a minimum of a 2:2 and be studying for a degree in one of the following disciplines:
  • Engineering
  • Materials
  • Maths
  • Science

Responsibilities

  • Design - Battery pack design, validation, and testing for mechanical and electrical systems
  • Simulation – Battery cell and system modelling for performance and life
  • Controls – Battery Management System (BMS) algorithm development, calibration, and validation
  • Performance – Battery performance development, validation, compliance, and requirements sign-off
  • This scheme aims to compliment your academic learning by experiencing how engineering principles are applied in varied real-world engine development applications.
