  • - Student currently working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or related field
  • - Understanding of basic electrical theory and circuit design

Responsibilities

  • - Participate in design and requirements reviews
  • - Contribute to development of functional specification documents
  • - Assist with PCB hardware design, simulation, and testing
  • - Assist with specifying and selecting parts, evaluating their operation, and integrating them into the hardware design
  • - Write test code to ensure firmware functionality meets design specifications
  • - Participate in code reviews
  • - Participate in embedded systems architecture and schematic reviews
  • - Track projects and report progress and issues to the engineering manager
  • - Learn industry standards, trends, and new research
  • - Collaborate with other disciplines to assist in the design or development of systems
  • - Assist with delivering a successful embedded systems projects with regards to customer satisfaction, schedule, time, and budget
