The candidate must be enrolled in a full-time associate or bachelor's degree program, have 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, retail/merchandizing experience is preferred, have strong prioritization and attention to detail skills, passion and experience in energy and sustainability, knowledge of the utility energy efficiency industry is a plus, and be willing to travel up to 50%. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also required.
