  • Enrolled or recently graduated with a Bachelor degree in an accredited university.
  • Scrum Certification

Responsibilities

  • Clear out confusion, uncertainty, & misalignment via a productivity framework or set of frameworks for day to day activities in the software engineering side of our business. (e.g. Getting Things Done, Scrum, Kanban, etc)
  • Maintain a backlog of our sprints that encompass leadership related tasks, and reports associated with those sprints. Identify key aspects of software engineering management projects, raise risks, and follow up on dependencies
  • Assist in various administrative tasks, including, but not limited to taking notes, facilitating engineering meetings, helping to plan scheduling, helping prioritize tasks, helping with presentations, creating & maintaining documentation, etc.
  • “Socialize” general productivity techniques for team activities
