Requirements

  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Current student, sophomore status or higher
  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Design, Organizational Psychology, Communications or Training.
  • Able to commute to the corporate office in Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN.
  • Able to work full-time during the summer.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3.0 GPA (out of a 4.0 scale) or higher.
  • Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework.
  • Experience or Proficiency with Power BI dashboards, video creation software, and training.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to use our change management methodology that focused on preparing, managing and sustaining the change.
  • Assist with creation of change management plans including change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, training and communication, and measurement and feedback.
  • Learn how to create animated videos to further awareness and education of changes.
  • Help executing change management plans including creation of animated videos, training, communication, and maintaining enterprise change SharePoint hub.
  • Help with our Change Management Community of Practice and Change Practitioner monthly meetings.
  • Utilize our new Power BI Dashboard to help the team manage and report change saturation across the company.
  • Support the continued rollout of our new One Xcel Energy Way management system including training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
