Requirements

  • Actively pursuing an undergraduate degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related major at an accredited college or university
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0
  • Ability to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship
  • Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
  • Rising Seniors are preferred
  • Ability to comfortably work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to apply problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to employ excellent and professional communication skills, both written and oral

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and distribution of internal and external meeting materials.
  • Managing projects related to client setup activities and serving as a liaison between Client Management, Sales, and Sales Support.
  • Leading customer relationship management and workflow solutions to service and market the world class products and services that Elevance Health delivers to its customers and members.
  • Implementing tracking mechanisms and tools for successful project execution.
  • Developing, monitoring, and analyzing documentation related to key business operations.
