The ideal candidate for the Enterprise Operations Intern position at OneDigital is a rising Junior or Senior pursuing a bachelor's degree, who demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective written and oral communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The Enterprise Operations Intern at OneDigital will support client retention and production by creating custom reports, managing data, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and assisting with additional projects. They will have the opportunity to gain real-world experience, network with leaders and peers, and be mentored for professional and personal growth.

Being a part of our JUMPSTART Internship program will give you hands-on experience at one of the nation’s fastest growing strategic advisory firms. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organization recognized as one of Glass Door’s 2023 Best Places to Work!</li><li>The Enterprise Operations team works to promote cross sales and increase retention for our consultants. We work with OneDigital teams across the country providing reporting to managers and consultants. The interns will help provide efficiency to processes as well as help consultants understand the data available to them. Additional duties include assisting with overdue renewals, reports from our renewal retrieval team, and processing group terminations. This team audits groups and/or consultants to determine training or support needs. &nbsp;</li></ul>
