Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Programming & Synergies (GPS) team on operational tasks related to file management and communication.
  • Ensure key communication platforms for the team are maintained and regularly updated.
  • Supporting both FMs/PMs with the delivery of documents required for key milestones throughout the year.
  • Support the team to help enable the day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth delivery of executions across all GPS projects and workstreams.
  • Work in close partnership with key Content, Marketing and Product teams across the business, to support delivery.
  • Support day-to-day GPS team in Team meetings and activities.
  • Support the GPS team to showcase key activities across the business.
  • General support for the Head of GPS in Team meetings and other work-related activities.
