Requirements

  • In pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or closely related field
  • Must be at least a rising Junior
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Classwork or other experience with web development and design
  • United States Citizenship
  • Ability to work in one of the preferred locations for this internship (San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Virginia Beach, VA; Cincinnati, OH; Portland, OR)
  • Ideally, you’ll also have:
  • 3.0 GPA
  • A previous internship related to your field of study
  • Familiarity with statistical and modeling programming
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management within Jacobs
  • Self-driven time management and organizational skills

  • Based in the United States (preferred locations: San Diego, CA; Denver, CO; Virginia Beach, VA; Cincinnati, OH; Portland, OR), you’ll assist a team of project managers, scientists, geologists, and engineers in delivering environmental services on time and within budget for world class projects. You’ll work with a knowledgeable and supportive group of professional staff to support projects through data collection and management, data review, data analysis, development of technical reports, and so much more.
