Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support in updating and creating regional and local Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) systems and standards to align with the JLL Global HSSE platform.
  • Collaborate with the HSSE Platform team, Regional HSSE Leads, and Operations Teams to ensure HSSE standards are in compliance with regulatory requirements and JLL operations.
  • Utilize educational technical expertise to develop standardized procedures that will benefit thousands of employees across the Americas.
  • Gain visibility and interaction with senior-level professionals within the organization, providing an opportunity for professional growth and networking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as this virtual internship involves effective communication via email and Teams.
  • Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to HSSE.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and compliance within the organization.
  • Supporting the collection and analysis of HSSE data and metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assisting in the preparation and delivery of HSSE reports, presentations, and communications to various stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement HSSE-related projects and initiatives.
  • Supporting the maintenance and analysis of HSSE documentation, records, and databases.
