Requirements

  • Completion of sophomore or junior year in an accredited undergraduate degree program with a 3.0/4.0 GPA at the time of application.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coordinate thoughts, communicate, completely, and concisely.
  • Strong organization and detail skills, with the ability to consistently perform as business requests.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adjust easily when directions and priorities change on short notice.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite® with a heavy emphasis on Excel.
  • Passion for learning the Credit Union Industry.

Responsibilities

  • The EPMO provides leadership in the funding, resourcing, and delivery of enterprise initiatives to meet the company’s strategic goals. Our team uses Agile, Iterative and Predictive/Waterfall best practices to ensure the products and solutions meet our client’s expectations. The EPMO software tools include Microsoft Project Online, Jira, Confluence, MS Teams, ServiceNow, Qlik Sense and PowerBI.
