The ideal candidate for this Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Intern position should be a junior/senior level college or graduate student who demonstrates an understanding and sensitivity in working with diverse individuals. Strong communication skills, both in-person and virtually, are essential. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and interact professionally with colleagues and the public is necessary. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including word processing and presentation platforms, are required, with bi-lingual capabilities preferred.

The Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Intern in Chicago will assist the Equity Department in conducting research, attending meetings, and designing content for online platforms to promote equity and inclusion across Feeding America and its member network.
