Requirements

  • Be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or other related field.
  • Proficient communication skills and use of Microsoft tools such as Word & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently as needed to meet established timelines.

Responsibilities

  • We are looking for a creative, energetic, outgoing, motivated individual who is interested in an internship experience within the Ethics & Compliance function at Allianz Life. This Internship requires strong written communication skills and is focused on providing support for our Ethics Office by assisting with employee facing events, future planning, developing creative activities and employee facing collateral and assisting with various projects as needed.
  • The right candidate will have opportunities to work with stakeholders in the Ethics & Compliance business area and other key stakeholders in the company related to new and ongoing program initiatives while learning and getting exposure to the various facets of an Insurance Company Compliance function.
  • You will:
  • Be partnered with knowledgeable, long tenured staff members in Ethics & Compliance who are responsible for all aspects of the Ethics program.
  • Have exposure to senior training & communications staff
