Responsibilities

  • Support the investigation and responses to market product complaints for the pharmaceutical products we are responsible for
  • Support investigations arising from the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products
  • Support change controls relating to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products
  • Coordinate quality metrics programs
  • Support the preparation of Annual Product Reviews for each of the products manufactured and packaged
  • Support improvement projects
  • Provide support in responding to queries related to the manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products
  • Due to the nature of the role, you may work in other and/or multiple QA areas once the appropriate training has been completed
