Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Finance Manager, as well as providing close support to the International Finance Director and other members of the team when required
  • Support in the preparation and presentation of financial information to enable informed decision making across the International business. Including monthly reports and ad hoc projects
  • Supporting in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process for the division for both sailed revenue and expenditure (operating & capital) across all International offices
  • Identification of and quantification of risks, trends and opportunities in all forecasts/plans
  • Monitoring of commissions and reporting of performance against commercial terms plus tactical schemes
  • Maintain, develop and improve International reporting including liaison with relevant stakeholders within the business
  • Partner the market Finance and Commercial teams to ensure correct financial procedures and controls are adhered to, including taking an active role in the Month-End review process
  • Obtain a good working knowledge of Oracle PBCS system and provide back-up to the System Administrator on key processes. Working to standardise and streamline existing manual excel based processes where possible
  • High-level involvement in the Management accounting and forecasting for the Guest and Trade Services function
