The ideal candidate for the Finance Analyst Intern position at Wayfair must be enrolled in a relevant degree program, able to commit to a full-time internship, have a strong interest in strategy-focused finance, proficient in data analysis tools, possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

The Finance Analyst Intern at Wayfair will be responsible for preparing financial analyses/models, supporting ad-hoc analytical requests, identifying KPIs, automating dashboards and reporting materials, and learning and developing in a hands-on environment.
