Requirements

  • University students graduating in 2027 with a placement year as part of their degree. We also welcome applications from students graduating in 2025 or 2026.
  • We are looking for University Students from a variety of degree backgrounds who want to experience working in a multinational company and who want to make a difference.
  • For our placement roles, you will need to provide your own right to work in the UK for the full duration of your placement without requiring sponsorship from P&G. Note, this will require your right to work permission to be valid between 1st July 2025 to 31st July 2026 for a minimum of 37.5 per week.
  • This programme is designed as an industrial placement running between 1st July 2025 until 31st July 2026 and we expect you to be available for the full duration.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility from Day 1: You will feel the ownership of your project from the beginning, and you will be given specific projects and responsibilities to lead, like a true P&Ger.
  • Continuous Coaching and Upskilling: You will work with passionate people and receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager. This includes a 12 month onboarding programme for placements that offers multiple trainings each month so you can build your personal skills, ranging from communication and emotional intelligence to digital capability and coding.
  • Full-time Role: Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time non-management position in our finance function based in our Newcastle office with P&G after graduation, with the support and opportunity to progress to management levels.
