Requirements

  • Positive, motivated self-starter who can take an assignment and run with it.
  • MBA candidate with an emphasis in finance, strategy, or operations
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Financial Planning & Analysis experience with proven track record of accomplishment
  • Experience in waste and materials management – a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and benchmark cost structures for Material Processing Facilities.
  • Plan and design business processes and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Perform assigned duties in various functional areas to learn about the solid waste and environmental services industry and business operations.
  • Contribute to departmental goals and identifies improvement growth opportunities while participating in activities in functional areas such as Operations, Finance, Accounting, Maintenance, Sales or Administration.
  • Execute and complete specific tasks and project deliverables identified by functional managers within the timeframe of the internship program.
  • Assist in integration efforts as assigned or apparent.
