Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior at an accredited university, preferably working towards a degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics
  • Self-starter who can understand objectives, work independently and is highly motivated
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team oriented, with an ability to effectively build relationships
  • High level of focus on work quality and attention to detail
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information

  • Ideal candidate will have strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
  • Desire to further grow and develop business acumen in a financial services setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

  • We’ll Count on You To:
  • Assist members of the team on day to day tasks as well as focus on number of specific long-term projects or special assignments as needed
  • Interface with various departments to gather information and resolve finance-related issues
  • Aid with the documentation of current processes, propose solutions and communicate results
  • Ensure compliance with applicable financial policies, regulations, and laws
  • Participate in the implementation of new processes and systems to enhance financial operations
