Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be a current student pursuing an undergraduate degree in MIS, Data Science or Business Computer Information Systems with a minor in Accounting
  • Must be at Junior or Senior status
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong quantitative analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Positive and self-motivated
  • Ability to commute to work at downtown Minneapolis office
  • Ability to work full-time during summer
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with SQL

Responsibilities

  • Processing: Support system administrator for financial and accounting systems. Tasks include assisting in the completion of all monthly, quarterly, and yearly system processes.
  • Reporting: Assist in the development & maintenance of reports and procedures to support corporate, accounting, and financial goals.
  • Help with the creation of master data in compliance with data policies, rules and standards to allow for accurate and impactful internal financial reporting. Assist in the evaluation of compliance with data standard for data/reporting requests.
  • Assist in performance of analytics to deliver insights to help optimize and manage financial results on overall consolidated portfolio. Prepare reporting to ensure capital is monitored for compliance with corporate capital approval policy.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.
