Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the programmatic client success lead to establish and standardize pre- and post-sale support processes for programmatic sales and operations teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, efficiency, and maintaining high levels of consistency.
  • Catalog and manage team resources, including media plan and presentation templates, along with workflow documentation, to ensure accessibility and organized collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed historical record of programmatic guaranteed campaigns, encompassing pre and post-sale material such as RFPs, EOCs, to provide a comprehensive overview of partner evolution.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of partnerships and industry trends, identifying strategic opportunities for growth and contributing valuable insights to informed decision-making processes.
