Requirements

  • Ideal candidate pursuing a degree in Business Administration or Data Analytics
  • Must be enrolled in a degree program at an accredited college or university as rising undergraduate juniors or seniors, graduate students, or postdoctoral students and remain academically enrolled throughout the internship, or must have previously graduated from college and enrolled in a continuing education program
  • Strong interest in forecasting methodologies and technology solutions
  • Tableau, Excel, and/or cloud-based planning solutions skills preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, anticipate project needs, and discern work priorities
  • Ability to work well with diverse populations, including gender, race, and sexual orientation
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • AARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position at this time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand forecasting needs and requirements across different business units
  • Support the implementation of forecasting technology, including data migration, configuration, testing, and training
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users during the implementation phase
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge-sharing activities related to forecasting technology implementation
