Requirements

  • The successful candidate must be currently enrolled in a collegiate academic program for 2025/26 (either a junior, senior, or graduate student)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Responsibilities

  • Support the launch of new Retailer experience initiatives
  • Assist with Retailer facility design and program management
  • Creation of Retailer performance reporting for large retailer groups and executive team meetings
  • Creation of executive team presentations to support network strategy decisions
  • Coordinate and deliver retailer notifications for area of responsibility changes
  • Support Retailer Bonus program auditing and payment processing
  • Assist with administration of the Global Retailer Portal including file maintenance and uploads
  • Retailer standards program analysis and progress review
  • Retailer documentation indexing
  • Retailer onboarding scheduling
  • Perform other duties as required
