  • - You follow a MBO study program in Hotel Management, Front Office, Hospitality or Tourism
  • - You are a EU/EEA passport holder
  • - You are available for an internship for a minimum of 16 weeks
  • - You are flexible and open to different cultures
  • - You speak English well and hospitality is perfectly suited to you

Responsibilities

  • You act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests
  • You are in charge of the welcome and good-bye process from A to Z, managing check-ins and check-outs to create best experience for our guests
  • You respond to our guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities and additional services
  • You take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks etc.
  • You work in a team and in close contact with the other departments (F&B Management, Housekeeping, Service Center)
