  • English is the working language, German and French are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the project team, including tracking progress, preparing status reports, coordination with internal stakeholders involved in the M&A project and support in administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic solutions that address the firm's needs and challenges in simplifying the corporate structure
  • Assist in the development of internal reports, presentations and other deliverables related to the M&A activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity
  • Prepare internal meetings for a broad set of stakeholders like Board of Management, Worker's Council or employees
  • Participate in internal meetings, workshops and interviews to gather information and support project objectives.
