Responsibilities

Content Creation: Write engaging LinkedIn posts (in both German and English) for our company page and CEO, focusing on topics like our Human Firewall Podcast, upcoming events, and campaigns.
Visual Content: Collaborate with the design team to develop visual concepts for social media posts, ensuring our copy is paired with impactful visuals.
Social Media Strategy: Contribute to the social media strategy by assisting with video edits and adapting content to fit the platform’s style and audience.
Podcast Reporting: Track podcast performance using Podigee, analyze listener data, and create reports and presentations (using Excel and PowerPoint) to share insights on audience demographics and trends.
Content Scheduling: Schedule and distribute social media posts across platforms, ensuring content is consistently shared and appropriately timed.
Localized Copywriting: Assist the content team with translation and adaptation of English-language materials (e.g., white papers, digital ads) into German.
Media Monitoring: Track media coverage, analyze the success of press releases, and monitor sentiment across different tiers of media.
Agency Support: Research and help onboard a new PR agency, coordinate meetings, and assist ongoing collaboration.
Backlink Tracking: Monitor and track backlinks to assess the impact on website traffic.
Media Lists: Maintain and update lists of journalists and media outlets relevant to our industry.
Press Page Updates: Ensure the press page on our website is up-to-date with the latest press releases.
Event Research: Research industry events, identifying potential opportunities for SoSafe to participate. Provide ideas for booth designs, event activities, and post-event meetups.
Event Planning: Help conceptualize and present ideas for event programs (e.g., HuFiCon), collaborating with the Corporate Communications team to ensure alignment.
On-Site Event Guidance: Assist with the organization and execution of events, including capturing photos and videos for social media, collecting attendee testimonials, and providing feedback on event logistics.
