Requirements

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or a Masters of Accountancy/Finance (not MBA) at an accredited college or university
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2026 - July 2026
  • Must be able to participate in an internship, prior to completing current degree program
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA, 3.5 GPA preferred
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
  • Geographical mobility throughout the Future Finance Leader’s Program
  • Leadership roles in campus and/or volunteer activities
  • Strong PC Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and SAP with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
  • Data analytic certificate or classes
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, and the ability to multi-task, demonstrate a strong presence, and work efficiently in a challenging work environment

Responsibilities

  • You will participate in our world-class Internship Program where you’ll work through important projects and experience corporate finance at Honeywell.
  • In your assigned project you will analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • You will receive formal training opportunities, coaching, mentoring and networking to support your professional development and prepare you for a career within corporate finance at Honeywell.
  • You will also gain exposure to multiple business lines and related responsibilities.
  • You’ll be invited to our intern event series (to learn about Honeywell, Finance / Accounting and business), social activities, and present what you accomplished during your internship to senior finance leadership.
