Requirements

  • You must be available for a full-time paid internship from May - December 2025.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program in a related field.
  • You are familiar with one or more scripting or programming languages.
  • You have experience making your own games or mods.
  • You can describe what makes a game system good or bad and detail how to improve it.
  • We are only considering students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program throughout this Co-op, slated to graduate no earlier than May 2026.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in Canada on a full-time basis during the 8 month Co-op.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Responsibilities

  • You will help implement and tune features to meet the goals set for the gameplay experience.
  • You will refine designs based on internal and external playtests, game metrics, team input and community feedback.
  • You will collaborate across different teams, including artists, animators, modelers, engineers and producers.
  • You will contribute to a project from initial design to final production.
