Responsibilities

  • - Support Daily Inventory Reconciliation Process working with 3PL Partners in SAP IDOC & Transactional issues.
  • - Support Distribution Documentation /COA process.
  • - Support Inventory Expiry/Risk/FDD Reporting & Analysis.
  • - Prepare, update, and/or approve procedures and review executed documents in accordance with GMP/ GDP and company requirements.
  • - Monitor deviations, internal and external change controls and CAPAs, standalone actions to ensure progression and timely closure.
  • - Support and participate in local initiatives or projects to increase compliance and reduce costs/ non-conformance.
  • - Attend and represent Global Delivery Solutions in various forums including escalation, special projects, and run-the-business meetings.
  • - Liaise with In-market Logistics Solutions and Regional Logistics role for robust implementation of GSC directives and models in the market operations.
  • - Oversee 3PL operations, including product destructions & Services exceptions.
  • - Manage 3PL contracts, ops manuals, SOPs, GDP compliance, and Business reviews.
  • - Budgeting, reporting, and audits as per BMS requirements and business processes.
  • - Product introductions and inventory controls.
  • - Support GDP activities as defined in the relevant procedures.
