Requirements

  • University Hiring Program Eligibility Requirements:
  • University Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program in the Fall.
  • Internship Work Period: Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June. Specific start dates are shared during the recruiting process.
  • Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:
  • Currently enrollment in a B.S./B.A. degree-seeking program
  • Well versed in Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc.
  • Strong background in analytics and data exploration
  • Excellent knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent leadership, presentation and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of project /program management techniques and methods
  • Fundamental understanding of hospital operations and perioperative functions

Responsibilities

  • Partner with global internal analytics teams, such as Finance, Sales Operations, Enterprise Analytics, and Data Science to explore key performance indicators of the Genesis team and our customers
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that outline the demand to integrate and sustain success metrics for future tool adoption
  • Establish innovate solutions/strategies to improve the effectiveness of our business operations
  • Collaboration with management and stakeholders to drive unified approach while outlining key milestones throughout project maturity and product progression
  • Research and apply innovative processes to overcome current project challenges
  • Prepare reports for program stakeholders and involved parties to showcase the impact of project performance and goal completion
  • Assume responsibility for program results and communications
  • Create and report outcomes of relevant surveys and evaluation tools
