Requirements

  • We are looking for candidates who possess a strong academic background (on track for at least a 2:1 or equivalent in their university degree) in addition to being motivated to learn and a good team player.
  • Applicants should be in their first year of university in a 3-year degree, or second year in a 4-year degree.

Responsibilities

  • During the programme, you will have the opportunity to experience the working environment by spending time shadowing junior bankers, as well as taking part in informative skills sessions, listening to presentations and networking with bankers of all levels. We also run tours of our historical archives so that students can see for themselves how our success across two centuries has been shaped by the involvement of the Rothschild family, and how our business model makes us truly unique.
  • At the end of the programme strong performing candidates will be offered the opportunity to go through a fast-track assessment process for one of our roles for the following year
