Requirements

  • Strong computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize new systems
  • Ability to establish relationships and interact with various levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and efficiently prioritize workday to maximize productivity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally

  • Education and Experience:
  • Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelors program within Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working in corporate environment or at retail, advance skills in Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

  • The Global Demand Planning intern will help the planning department streamline and improve current and new processes, while assisting with day-to-day support and report maintenance. They will get a better understanding of what goes into the planning process of the supply chain. They will be able to assist the team and learn bottom-up planning.
  • Projects & Tasks:
  • Issue Purchase Orders to sub-contractors to complete heat seal work
  • Monitor and execute the need to move inventory between plants and ensure moves are executed in a timely manner
  • Work with production and customer relations to clean up open requisitions
  • Work with supply chain planners to issue stock buys needed to fulfill forecasts and orders
  • Assist apparel planner update trackers to monitor the stock inventory transition
  • Daily updates of tableau dashboards to monitor our progress of production in Haiti, apparel and player product
  • Maintain fabric consumption reporting monthly
  • Update monthly usage reporting for various product channels including GCP and Team Sports
  • Keeps all sensitive matters confidential
  • Other duties as assigned
