Requirements

  • You're enrolled in majors such as: Business/Administration, Supply Chain, Digital, Project management, Data management or similar
  • You have good data analytics skills (good command of Excel), your knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
  • You speak fluently English.
  • You're curious, attentive to details, courageous and have good presentation skills.
  • You're able to work across multiple initiatives at the same time.
  • Please note: to apply, you must be able to complete 6 months of internship and have an agreement issued by your school/university.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the creation and amendment of the training material:
  • You will assist in drafting/modifying “How tos”, ensuring consistency in format and content.
  • You will draft script for e-learning ensuring clearness, consistency in format and content.
  • Administratively supports the organization and delivery of live training:
  • You will send monthly emails to all new users with training material.
  • You will prepare ppts.
  • You will praise participants on Teams.
  • Keep track of live training request.
  • Assist the Product Cloud HQ Support team on Community Management of Microsoft teams:
  • You will prepare tables, charts etc. applying technical skills and knowledge in formatting and presentations.
  • Publish Product Cloud monthly Newsletter.
  • Assist in updating files and documents.
  • Administratively supports the organization and delivery of surveys:
  • Prepare forms, tables, charts etc. Quality Assessment.
