Requirements

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university at the Junior, Senior, or Graduate level in the study of Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software including Work, Excel, and Outlook preferred.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced mathematical skills and statistical knowledge.
  • Strong level analytical skills and ability.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP and InforNexus preferred.
  • Problem solving and planning skills.
  • Transportation management system (TMS) knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Update inbound delivery estimate time of arrivals in KEEN ERP system
  • Process carrier invoice exceptions including audit, rate valdiation, cost costing and approval.
  • Receives, reviews and logs product chemical lab test results to support KEEN trade complaince.
  • Performs daily tracking/troubleshooting of parcel imports through DHL portal, Transactional customs audit (US & CA), provides small package export support, and manages Chemical Test results.
  • Runs reports from SAP and uses reports to answer questions and make recommendations for solutions to various scenarios.
  • Preapre and process carrier required documentation. Documents parcel export shipments and partners with carriers for a resolution.
  • Supports the centralization of the supply and logistics function by collaborating closely with international subsidiaries.
  • Provides tactical support to the logistics team to support the execution against Long Range Plan (LRP) goals. Helps enforce integrated processed amongst internal partners. Helps resolve issues concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports/exports, and/or customer issued.
