Responsibilities

  • As a Global Segment Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our global marketing campaigns, delivering marketing activities aimed at the retail, wholesale, pension, and insurance segments. Your main tasks will include social media, email campaigns, video production, coordination of global events, and analysing result metrics. You will also contribute to key marketing initiatives, such as raising the visibility of AXA IM and its strategies, as well as supporting the establishment of the AXA IM Investment Institute.
  • Your main tasks will involve the implementation of the global marketing strategy, where you will help position AXA IM as a leading investor to clients. This will include:
  • You’ll contribute to the development and implementation of global marketing projects aimed at supporting both the wholesale and institutional client segments.
  • You’ll work closely with the local markets to increase visibility of our key strategies, focusing on fixed income and responsible investing.
  • You'll provide support for the implementation of marketing campaigns at both global and local levels, collaborate with global and local teams for content distribution, and report on the results of marketing plans.
  • You’ll be the key driver of gathering and maintaining of data and insights from the different platforms.
  • You'll help with the coordination of global events, including webinars and industry events, ensuring that they run smoothly and effectively.
  • You'll play a vital role in raising awareness and credibility of AXA IM's Investment Institute, our thought leadership platform, and executing activities in collaboration with Content, Brand & Advertising, and Digital teams.
  • Join our team and be a part of our exciting social media campaigns. You will work with various teams to create captivating social posts, produce assets, and work with compliance before we hand them over to our media agency.
  • Work closely with our content team to support our global email strategy. You will use Eloqua to create email templates, develop campaign distribution lists, and track metrics using our campaign management tool.
  • You'll take an active role in maintaining and updating all stats from marketing activities and events on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • You’ll play a crucial role in increasing our profile and facilitating access to our global marketing content repository.
  • You will take ownership of sharing our content internally and will develop your skills in content management.
  • You’ll bring your innovative mind to our team and suggest and implement new processes, procedures, and practices that help us become a more efficient and effective resource for the AXA IM business.
  • You'll help manage the team's overall efficiency by preparing meetings, maintaining workflows and pipeline documents, and managing budgets, including raising POs and processing invoices.
  • As a Global Segment Marketing Intern, you'll have the opportunity to shadow marketing managers over the course of the placement, gaining unique insights into global marketing strategy and execution within an international asset management business.
