Responsibilities

  • Data Maintenance and Governance of Procurement content and business rules.
  • Weekly End to End maintenance of SIMON+ Procurement specific content (Preferred Supplier, Escalation Contacts, Buying Instructions, Compliance Codes, Category Descriptions, Keywords, etc.) and publishing SIMON+ output to downstream consumers (Ariba, Icertis, Spend Intelligence, Navigator, etc.)
  • Triage, evaluate, track and report status of change requests. Facilitate core team reviews.
  • Perform weekly quality and completeness audits and track any data quality issues through remediation. Work cross functionally with support teams to identify and resolve data quality issues. Integrate new requirements as needed.
  • Assist with Taxonomy changes and governance. Lead collection of required content to facilitate the creation, review, movement and revision of preferred suppliers, compliance rules, escalation contacts, category description and keywords, buying instructions, compliance codes, additional content, etc.
  • Coordinate cross functionally on impact and implementation of Taxonomy changes across multiple systems and processes. Manage submission and tracking of Enterprise Data changes required to support Taxonomy changes.
  • Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies, simplification, and consistency.
  • Implementation of new AI capabilities
  • Participate in workshops to design new AI capabilities focused on project orchestration, project and performance management, and spend intelligence, with a focus on requirements for extracts from SIMON+.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing, training development and communications.
