Requirements

  • Exposure to Engineering and/or IT related courses
  • Awareness of Software Development Methodologies
  • Agile/Scrum methodologies knowledge preferred
  • Basic understanding of Project Management
  • Your preferred qualifications:
  • Currently Attending College or University
  • Proficient Computer knowledge and skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to manage Remote work using TEAMS or similar
  • Good Communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies
  • Normal amount of sitting or standing, average mobility to move around an office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer

Responsibilities

  • Understand end-to-end Product Delivery Process (PDP) at Magna Exteriors
  • Work with New Program Management Software to identify areas of improvement
  • Contribute to newly identified projects in new traX software
  • Support training and support divisional question on software questions or issues.
  • Develop interpersonal skills and work with cross functional teams and Global teams.
  • Create and maintain Training document for divisional rollouts
  • Actively work with Data Analytics team on developing Dashboards, Metrics, & Predictive Customer Launches
