Responsibilities

  • Support key projects and initiatives within global Total Rewards, with a focus on areas such as Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Pay Transparency.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Total Rewards communication calendar, coordinating and executing related communication activities across the organization.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify innovative ways to enhance engagement and build a collaborative team culture.
  • Coordinate and assist in planning and facilitating training sessions for various HR functions related to Total Rewards.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials on Reward topics within Coty Academy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Generate and analyze monthly data dashboards, as well as ad hoc reports, to support business decisions and strategy within the Total Rewards function.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve data reporting and dashboard processes for enhanced efficiency and consistency.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in Total Rewards to support the development of new initiatives and solutions.
  • Assist with data collection, auditing, and validation to ensure accuracy in Total Rewards reporting and analytics.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, collaborating with other HR teams to align on global Total Rewards strategies.
