What is the duration of the Government & Regulatory Affairs intern position?
The internship lasts for 12 months, from Monday 30th June 2025 to Friday 17th July 2026.
Who is eligible to apply for this internship?
Applicants must be undergraduates currently studying at university, graduating in Summer 2025, or looking for employment after completing A-Levels or an apprenticeship. Additionally, candidates must be eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship.
What types of tasks will the intern be responsible for?
The intern will monitor political and legislative developments, draft and edit position papers and consultation responses, identify opportunities to influence public policy, and represent the company in public meetings under supervision.
What skills are required for this internship?
Candidates should have an interest in UK Government and international relations, knowledge of the creative industries, strong analytical and writing skills, confident presentation skills, and a curiosity to engage in diverse policy areas.
Will the intern have the opportunity to learn about public policy?
Yes, the intern will gain a detailed understanding of the work of a Government Relations/Public Policy team and experience in drafting submissions and policy papers for advocacy purposes.
